Constellation Energy Group's chief financial officer Follin Smith announced that Constellation Generation Group's new chief financial officer will be James K. Walkington. Walkington was vice president and chief financial officer of the Raymond Professional Group, Inc. starting in 2001, and from 1995 to 2001, was vice president of financial services for Commonwealth Edison Company.

Cliff Thrasher will serve as vice president, chief financial officer and comptroller of Southern Company Generation and Energy Marketing, a unit of Southern Company that manages and generates electricity for the company's retail customers and markets energy in the competitive wholesale supply business.
